Legal frameworks
Of the pipeline, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon and DR Congo are OHADA member states; the corporate and regulatory set-up in every other country follows its own legal framework. OHADA governance for UBTS Cameroon S.A.; the lighter, statute-defined governance of an SAS for UBTS Côte d’Ivoire; national law in every non-OHADA market.
Discipline
Each country instance inherits the architecture and the five Building Blocks, and opens only after its own regulatory and market mapping. The sequence runs from the Ivorian hub across West Africa and then to anglophone markets.
