NGUETI is the founder at Universal Broadband & Technology Services - International Corp. (UBTS) with mission to improve people’s lives through the transformative power of technology​.

Dr. Henri TAFOU 

Chairman of the Board

holds a PhD in Marketing and Advanced International Relations. He is the current CEO and Promoter of Pigier Cameroun Business School, also serving as managing director of several companies. 
Dr. TAFOU has worked in France and Africa.  

In Africa, he has experience as a creator and buyer of companies in difficulty.

has more than 25 years’ experience in telecommunications, information technology, Microwave Access, Wireless Systems and data networking industries. He is a highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic manager. Possessing considerable experience in management of network and projects from beginning to end, having an impressive track record of delivering major operational improvement and of orchestrating people, schedules and resources for optimumproductivity, efficiency and quality.
